Friends of Norrgavel

Welcome to Norrgavel’s customer club! We have chosen to call our members “Friends of Norrgavel”. The following membership terms apply to your membership. In these terms, “Norrgavel” or “we” refers to Norrgavel AB, Reg. No. 556491‑3381, address Elbegatan 3, 211 20 Malmö, which offers membership in “Friends of Norrgavel” in Sweden.

1. Membership and Registration

1.1 New Membership

To become a Friend of Norrgavel you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Swedish personal identity number. Only private individuals may become members. Membership is personal and non-transferable. It is free of charge.

1.2 Registration of Membership

You register by providing your email address and preferred store in the footer below, or in any of our physical stores. Membership is card-free.

1.3 Management of Membership

Currently, it is not possible to manage your membership via our website.

2. Offers, Benefits and Communication

As a Friend of Norrgavel you will receive personalised communication, including both personal and general member offers. You will also receive news, recommendations, inspiration and invitations to events and customer evenings.

We typically communicate via email or postal mail. If you do not wish to receive information from us, you may unsubscribe at any time by contacting us at vanmail@norrgavel.se.

The information we collect is used to develop our range, as well as to enhance the Friends of Norrgavel programme and our website.

3. Processing of Personal Data

By registering as a Friend of Norrgavel and in order to fulfil the membership conditions, your personal data will be processed.

We will primarily collect information directly from you, but may also verify your address through official registers to ensure accuracy and keep your details up to date.

The data controller of your personal data is Norrgavel AB, a Swedish company registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office under Reg. No. 556491‑3381 with its registered office in Malmö. For more information on what personal data we process and your rights, please see our privacy policy. You are of course welcome to contact us at vanmail@norrgavel.se if you have any questions about how we handle your data.

4. Amendment of Membership Terms

Norrgavel reserves the right to amend the membership terms at any time. Updated terms take effect when published on norrgavel.se, where the current terms will always be available. If you do not accept the new terms, you have the right to terminate your membership immediately. If changes are of material significance, you will be informed in advance, and the implications of the changes will be explained.

5. Termination of Membership

Your membership of Friends of Norrgavel continues until you or Norrgavel terminates it. You may terminate your membership at any time by contacting our vanmail@norrgavel.se. Upon termination, all personal data collected and processed under these terms will be deleted.

If membership is abused, Norrgavel reserves the right to terminate it with immediate effect.

Competition Terms

Below are the general terms for competitions held by Norrgavel AB (Reg. No. 556491‑3381) in Norrgavel or third-party channels. By participating, you agree to these terms. These terms apply unless otherwise stated in a specific Competition Post (as defined below). In case of discrepancy, the Competition Post takes precedence.

1. Competition Terms

1.1 Specific Conditions for the Competition

Specific conditions for each competition and the prize(s) you may win are stated in the Competition Post published by Norrgavel in the relevant channel, for example social media, on norrgavel.se or in any of our other digital platforms.

The competition runs until the date specified in the Competition Post. Entries received after the closing time will not be included. Norrgavel is not responsible for any technical issues that may affect participation or the outcome of the competition.

1.2 Who May Participate?

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in Sweden to participate. Employees of Norrgavel, legal entities affiliated with Norrgavel, and their families are not eligible.

1.3 Special Terms for Social Media Competitions

Competitions posted on social media are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, the social platform, such as Facebook or Instagram.
To enter, you must have a public profile and comply with the platform’s terms of service, e.g. a full version account.

1.4 How Is the Winner Chosen?

Winners are selected either by drawing or by a jury appointed by Norrgavel. The jury’s decision is final. Depending on the competition, prizes may be collected in-store or shipped to you. More information can be found in the Competition Post or in communications with you.

Winners will be announced on the date and in the manner specified in the Competition Post. We will also contact winners via the same user profile used in the social media competition. All prizes are personal and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or other goods.
