Norrgavels bag shelf has a solid wood frame. The birch frame is available untreated or in one of our lacquer or tempera colours. The oak frame is delivered surface treated with oil or pigmented oil. Tip! Paint the untreated birch frame in the same colour as the underlying wall colour to make the bag shelf blend in with the interior.

Reindeer skins should always be handled with care but you can clean your bags with a dry soft cloth for regular cleaning. If necessary, you can dry or gently rub the surface with a clean, soft cloth wrung out well in clean water. (the cloth must not be wet, as moisture dries out the leather).If you need to use a damp cloth, remember to wipe the entire surface to avoid colour differences.

Start by finding out what type of wall you have to know if you need a regular drill or an impact drill. Then measure where you want to drill and mark with a pencil, making sure to check that there are no cables or wires where you want to drill. Make sure you have the right size drill bit and plug. Once the hole is drilled, use a hammer to push the plug in, then screw the shelf in place and check with a spirit level that it hangs straight.
