Antique kilim rug made of 100% wool. Manufactured in the Anatolian region of Turkey. Most of them are between 50 and 60 years old. Antique kilim rugs were originally not woven for sale. Weavers initially created them to build their dowry and later for use in everyday household.
The rug is unique in size and appearance. There is only one piece of each rug.
Our supplier, French ADA Kilims, is affiliated with the organization Step. Step works to combat child labor, ensure fair wages for weavers, ensure that purchases are made under good conditions, and promote manufacturing in the most ecologically responsible manner.
