Care advice
Unpacking
Use scissors rather than a knife to avoid damaging the rug. Once unwrapped, vacuum thoroughly.
Material & properties
The rug is crafted from natural hemp and linen. Some initial shedding is normal and does not affect the rug’s quality. If you notice a loose thread, trim it carefully — do not pull. Avoid damp environments and prolonged direct sunlight. Rotate the rug regularly for even wear.
Vacuuming
Use a vacuum cleaner without a rotary brush. Avoid heavy beater bars or the lowest suction setting, as these may damage the fibers.
Stain removal
Use only warm water and blot gently. For stubborn spots, add a small amount of mild soap. For spills, dab gently with a dry or slightly damp microfibre cloth. Avoid soaking the carpet. For a deeper clean, professional rug cleaning is recommended.
